Description

Take your Pharmacy Technician career to the next level with our online Medication Care Coordinator program. We’ve carefully developed this 22-week program and compiled five courses to provide you the best career training experience.

Our Medical Office Procedures and Administration and Microsoft Office Word and Excel Levels 1 and 2 courses will ensure you have the customer service, software and clerical base needed to interact with customers, healthcare workers and insurance companies.

The Pharmacy Technician Principles and Practices course, combined with the Introduction to Human Anatomy and Medical Terminology, teaches you the essentials of being a certified pharmacy technician. You’ll become familiar with the language of medicine and learn prescription processing, pharmacy nomenclature, biopharmaceutics and drug activity, dosage calculations, common mathematical formulas and conversions and more.

Once you’ve completed the Medication Care Coordinator program, you’ll be eligible for the CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) and Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) exams.
