We need a Project Manager/ Job Supervisor to lead, manage, train, and grow our roofing crews to accomplish the huge pile of work we have lined up!
You will be responsible for getting projects completed in a timely manner and with the high quality that we promise our clients. You can do this using in-house employees or hiring subcontractors - as long as the quality and client satisfaction remains really high. We have nearly all 5 star reviews on Google and it will be your job to keep it that way.
You will begin communicating with clients after a sale is made, keeping them updated on the schedule and their project all the way through completion and collecting the check.
We use custom software that needs to be kept updated and will be used to help with the ordering of materials and keeping track of crews.
We currently have 30 jobs on the board and are selling more each month.
Our goal is to be completing 2-3 average sized (20-25 SQ) roofs per week to start, then build up to twice that later this year.
Pay will be tied to gross profit made by the company. Depending on the results you accomplish you will be earning between $5-8k per month. If this is sounds like the job you've been looking for send your resume and contact information and I will call you immediately.
