A Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technology Leader is in a strategic position within Humana. Leaders in this role provide thought leadership and oversight within the domain of establishing a Center of Excellence for Marketing Cloud and related MarTech Solutions. This role also establishes strategy, implements industry best practices that align to meet our business needs.
+ Creates, owns and ensures the defined policies, processes, standards, and procedures related to Cloud platforms are adhered to (domains include Environment Management, Test Data Management, Change Management, Release Management, Lifecycle Management, Security controls and Audits, and monitoring and controls)
+ Provides technical thought leadership in overall software development and product release management processes.
+ Owns and defines technology roadmap(s) in partnership and collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure teams.
+ Implements frameworks, methodologies, and processes to ensure software development lifecycle and DevOps standards and best practices are adhered to.
+ Supervises the development of processes and tools to automate code releases from development to operations (DevOps).
+ Supervises work and asset management system upgrades, assessment, and feasibility studies.
+ Collaborates and partners with IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in alignment with business strategy.
+ Ensures established metrics for uptime, business continuity, and disaster recovery of the applications are met.
+ Manages third-party technical and outsourced vendor/partner relationships to deliver project and operational support objectives.
+ Ensures technology processes are operationalized and conducted in line with applicable standards and company policies.
+ Exemplifies Vision, Values, and Culture in each and every interaction with colleagues, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
+ Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certifications or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator.
+ Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results.
+ Demonstrated ability to foster and develop relationships across IT leaders and stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and goals into optimal processes that are scalable, business-focused, reusable, and adaptable to unique and changing business needs.
+ Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills where you are able to articulate business and stakeholder recommendations, balance trade-offs, drive consensus and gain support by utilizing excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
+ Strong experience in the architecture/engineering, implementation, and maintenance of Cloud platforms.
+ Demonstrated understanding and experience with MarTech solutions.
+ MBA or other Advanced Degree.
+ PMP Certification.
+ Six Sigma Certification.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects.
+ Experience conducting technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight.
+ SAFE Agile Certification.
+ Open Group TOGAF 9 or Certified Architect (Open CA) Certification.
+ General understanding of cloud platforms inclusive of Salesforce Multi-Clouds, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Mulesoft, Kafka, and others.
