Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Engineer to join our team.

As part of our Agile team building and supporting a web-based application built on Microsoft’s technology stack, you will be involved throughout the software development life cycle, including system architecture, design, software coding, as well as participating in business and requirements analysis.

You will be expected to efficiently and reliably build, implement and deliver quality software. You will also be expected to attend meetings, conference calls and communicate with customers via email, when needed.

You will also work closely with the Quality Assurance team during development and Customer Support team to troubleshoot any customer issues.

Primary responsibilities include you to participate in and/or lead technical development design sessions to formulate technical designs principle that minimize maintenance, maximize code reuse and minimize testing time. You will work with other software architects, software engineers, quality engineers, and other team members to design and build required systems. You will also provide technical mentorship to Software engineer, software developer and related groups.

Duties & Responsibilities

+ Ensures SOLID principles and standard design patterns are applied across the organization to system architectures and implementations.

+ Develop software components based on requirements, architecture and design specifications

+ Coordinate and communicate with manager, lead, quality analysts, product owners and other software engineers and functions.

+ You’ll participate in and/or lead technical development design sessions to formulate technical designs that minimize maintenance, maximize code reuse and minimize testing time

+ Develop code according to business and technical specifications, create test data, perform unit/integration testing and collaborate with team to ensure functionality meets client expectations

+ Work in an Agile environment be responsible for supporting team goals for each sprint by pitching in to help others with their tasks. In a typical day you may work along-side a .Net Full-Stack Developer, fellow Software Engineers, Software Architect, Software Developer, and more.

+ Performance and stress testing of assigned functionality to ensure client expectations are met

+ Design and develop automation to assist with increasing the quality of deliverables and to speed the time to software delivery.

+ Works with product management, business stakeholders and architecture leadership to understand software requirements and helps shape, estimate and plan product roadmaps.

+ Plans and implements proof of concept prototypes.

+ Directly contributes to the test-driven development of product features and functionality, identifying risks and authoring integration tests.

+ Mentors other members of the development team.

+ Evaluates, understands and recommends new technology, languages or development practices that have benefits for implementing.

Skills & Qualifications

Must have

+ 7+ years’ experience programming enterprise web products with design pattern and principles

+ Robust knowledge in software design principles including message and service busses, object-oriented programming, continuous integration / continuous delivery, SOLID principles, SaaS, microservices, master data management (MDM) and a deep understanding of design patterns, and domain-driven design (DDD)

+ Significant experience working with most the following technologies/languages: C#, .NET/Core, WCF, Entity Framework, UML, LINQ, JavaScript, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, Lucene, REST, WebApi, XML, TSQL, NoSQL, MS SQL Server, , Node.js, Jenkins, , NUnit, NuGet, SpecFlow, GIT.

+ Working knowledge of progressive development processes like scrum, XP, Kanban, TDD , BDD and continuous delivery

+ Unit/Integration tools such as Moq, Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, XUnit, etc

Nice to have

+ Kubernetes, Docker

+ Knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle, EMRs, practice management systems, FHIR, HL7 and HIPAA is a major plus.

+ Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, UIPath etc.

+ Concept understanding on BIG Data, ML (Python) , Cloud
