Entri Deployment Manager

The Entri Project Manager (Entri PM) will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of implementation projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and financial parameters defined in the Client Contract and Statement of Work. The PM directs and coordinates duties performed by Implementation Consultants and Interface Analysts. Entri PMs report to the VP of Implementation PMs.

The successful candidate must have demonstrated critical thinking skills, be highly organized, and enjoy fostering team and client relationships for on-time and successful deployments resulting in positive ROI. The PM is responsible for problem-solving and escalating issues or challenges to the client and SCI sponsors to mitigate issues quickly.

Responsibilities:

Manages client projects holistically including accurate planning, effective verbal and written communication with the client and internal team, timely meeting of milestones, ensure completion of non-R1 tasks, and productive resource management.

Using a standard template, develops and maintains project plans specifying goals, timeline, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.

Escalates challenges and delays to key stakeholders both within R1 and the Client.

Documents current and future state workflows, noting where improvements will be realized using the SCI Solutions.

Submits status reports to report on progress, risks, and next steps.

Develops strong relationships with and reports to Client Executives to effectively keep projects on track. Delivers and reviews Executive Status Report with client executives as defined in project plan.

Responsible for the monitoring and reporting of revenue recognition based on established revenue milestones. Immediately alerts R1 management of any deviations from forecasted revenue and proposes alternative actions to recapture revenue.

Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within scope.

Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.

Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications/project scope and manages client expectations around scope changes.

Facilitates and directs successful change management strategies on behalf of client organizations.

Four-year college or university program degree; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience includes healthcare access (order process, scheduling and pre-registration for outpatient services). Familiarity with provider office and healthcare system integration is a plus (orders and schedules HL7 integration).

Must be able to travel +50% of the time. Self-motivated individuals are required for this position.
