Reviews contracts: Examines performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of costs of services, material, equipment, and production to ensure compliance, completeness, accuracy, and that all terms and conditions are met
Responsible for informing the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance
Supports the preparation of contract deliverables, progress reports and other exhibits that may be required
Responsible for responding to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Identifies risks and issues, suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution
Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.
Requests, reviews, or approves amendments to or extensions of contracts and updates contract management systems
Acts as the primary contact between the project team, business unit, Legal, and subcontractors/customers, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
Supports business owners in proposals development and submission and through contract negotiations
Prepares requests for proposals for distribution to subcontractors and reviews subcontract award agreements
Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures
Audits existing contracts and oversees contract modifications
Monitors the performance of each signed contract and analyzes associated business risks
Inform leadership of new legislation, regulations, and contract trends to determine potential impact on the business
Coordinates with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collections
Supports contract negotiations and changes in and addendums to existing contracts
Identifies and initiates improvements to existing policies and efficiencies for processes
Prepares reports on the status of contracts for leadership
Draft, review and negotiate a variety of documents including without limitation subcontracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, professional service agreements, BAAs, consulting agreements, SaaS agreements, and software licensing.
Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate competitive quotations from subcontractors and ensure appropriate CPSR documentation is recorded in the file in accordance with corporate policies.
Interface with all departments (F&A, HR, IT, Operations, Organizational Experience, Business Development) in business activities and communications in "cradle to grave" contract administration processes.
Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy/compliance with applicable agreements.
