Micron Technology, Inc. has openings for NAND Process Integration Engineer positions in Boise, ID.

Duties:           Responsible for taking ownership of one or more process modules related to the development and operation of a semiconductor integrated circuit by utilizing knowledge and understanding of structural requirements, electrical performance, and process control mechanisms. Responsible for identifying potential issues and addressing them early. Provide team leadership in module development. Assemble and coordinate a development team, including Process Engineers, Layout, Design, Device Simulation, Probe, EFA, PFA, and Product Engineering resources. Procure wafer resources for Module development. Provide regular reports on critical metrics and set a clear direction and vision for the module and provide a path for continual improvement in the module. Provide regular inputs and feedback to team regarding upstream and downstream impacts to your module. Read technical literature and apply to research projects within module. Utilize understanding of scaling issues and have the insight to provide direction. Work with Planning and Process Groups to provide Cost and Manufacturability vs. Quality assessments and optimization for process options. Utilize understanding of design rules, OPC, database, layout and will inspect layout and fractured data for errors. 

Requirements: Employer will accept Ph. D degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
