As a MRI Tech you will perform, and demonstrate your professional knowledge to provide care for our patients served in the Imaging department. Under the direction of a physician, you will perform MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) examination to patients of all ages under the direction of a physician using advanced technical knowledge.
You will be expected to perform all responsibilities with minimal supervision, and the latitude for independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative.
You will be responsible for advanced knowledge of the complexities of MRI equipment, examinations and working with students, staff teaching MRI technology.
You will be responsible for the assessment; treatment/care for all patients, which includes ability to interpret information in terms of the patient's needs and understanding of the range of treatment needed.


What qualifications you will need:
ARRT (MR) Certification required

Current Radiology license through the State of which you will be working.
Completion of a 2 to 4 year training program from a recognized school of Radiologic sciences.
Previous MRI experience is preferred. MRI Registry is required.
American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
