Responsibilities
How Will You Contribute to the Company?
The Senior Vertical Marketing Program Manager with enterprise experience will conceptualize, execute, and continually innovate vertically oriented and account-based programs and campaign tactics in partnership with the global demand center, digital, field, content, and importantly, sales teams. This role reports to the Director of Demand Marketing. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of creativity, scalable content strategy, audience activation, vertical program deployment, and data analytics with proven success delivering successful pipeline from key accounts in target industries.
Using your core analytical skills and MarTech knowledge, you'll leverage data-driven insights, and customer intelligence from multiple sources to optimize targeting to personalize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

What Will You Do?
- Drive vertical growth strategy in partnership with solution and market insights teams
- Leverage data analytics, creativity, and innovation to create, monitor and execute high-performance vertical integrated campaigns for a set of strategic ideal enterprise targets in strategic industries
- Engage cross-functional teams--content, creative, product marketing, demand center, events marketing, sales, marketing, and sales ops teams--to execute successful vertical-focused programs and extend impact of existing campaigns
- Provide expertise to identify and engage buyers in account targets through messaging, creative, and content that influences the customer journey
- Deliver insightful reporting and analytics that supports marketing program impact to revenue; define and track KPIs to optimize marketing and sales go-to-market tactics, assist with dashboards, and deliver insights analysis
- Leverage data to provide recommendations and guidance to improve accurate targeting of the right prospects based on analytics and research
- Ideate and execute multi-touch customer journeys (ICPs, Personas) that include executive engagement, advertising, thought leadership, direct mail, corporate/virtual events, and digital experiences that engage prospects to develop opportunities and create new customer relationships
- Obtain and/or analyze market research to inform content creation, persona/ICP content mapping, and competitive analysis in strategic commercial and public sector verticals
- Ensure that brand messaging, tone, and creative are applied through content created by yourself, other copywriters, and our designers
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Five (5+) years of B2B marketing experience, namely account-based, demand gen, and/or vertical marketing program
- Proven experience acquiring new enterprise business via modern marketing principles, deep audience understanding, campaign strategy, and an optimized mix of channels that appeal to buying group preferences and declared intent signals
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM and Marketo marketing automation systems
- Experience leveraging customer and data analytics that deliver insights to guide marketing plans and to accurately target successful engagement of prospects
- Excellent communicator and team builder; knows how to build organizational support and credibility across multiple functions within the company
- Exceptional project management and strong presentation skills, both in person and virtually
- Ability to gather data/insights from multiple internal and external sources to understand impact across accounts and opportunities
- Working knowledge of the marketing technology landscape of B2B and account-targeted platforms and tools

- Strong team player and ability to collaborate with and influence peers, senior leaders, and sales teams

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, working independently with minimal direction
- Strategic, critical but creative thinker, strong business sense, detail-oriented, and excellent data analysis skills
- Ability to lead, create, and work within cross-functional team environments
- Up to 20% travel as required to attend biannual meetings at Boise, ID Headquarters and ABX-centered events
- Experience with demand and ABX platforms and tools (Example: Demandbase, Sendoso, Bizible, Drift, Pathfactory, TechTarget)
- Industry experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, IT, cellular networking, telecommunications, public sector or enterprise
- Integrated demand-generation marketing experience, ideally in high-touch account-based marketing targeting senior decision makers

Your Pay:
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
- $98,700 - $186,300

For California employees, we offer a subsidized HMO option through Kaiser. Cradlepoint also offers subsidized dental and vision coverage.

Cradlepoint provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays). Please note that an employee's FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. Cradlepoint also offers paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
