Micron Technology, Inc. has an opening for Engineer - Wet Process - DRAM/EM in Boise, ID.
Job Duties: Responsible for the development of new and existing processes to enable current and next generation integrated circuit devices for DRAM. Evaluate new hardware platforms, process chemistries, perform fundamental research, and generate vital intellectual property. Contribute to wet process technology roadmap updates and collaborate with engineers and vendors to develop processes that meet device requirements for future DRAM technology nodes. Transfer processes to pilot production and Micron groundbreaking manufacturing facilities. Improve existing processes and enhance process capability, productivity, and efficiency.
Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science or related technical field.
