Required Skills:

Program Manager, WhatsApp Privacy Compliance Responsibilities:

1. Project manage and prioritize work based on urgency and complexity.

2. Structure and lead complex cross-functional privacy compliance programs for WhatsApp and coordinate inter and cross-company initiatives.

3. Develop metrics and reporting dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of privacy controls and risk identification.

4. Work closely with members of product, engineering, operations, communications, policy, legal, human resources (among others) to operationalize recommendations.

5. Manage large cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within leadership audiences.

6. Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly in order to problem solve and drive decision-making effectively.

7. Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences including preparing and delivering presentations to leadership stakeholders.

8. Telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

9. Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field and three years of work experience in job offered or computer-related occupation.

10. Requires three years of experience in the following:

11. 1. Experience in program management, management consulting and business or strategic operations

12. 2. Working with technical and business stakeholders (including leadership)

13. 3. Partnering with cross-functional teams, driving alignment, effective escalations and achieving results

14. 4. Manage program risks through effective identification, mitigation, tracking, and reporting of the identified risks

15. 5. Select appropriate security and privacy metrics to measure the success of the program and highlight trends or themes from raw data

16. 6. Conduct privacy risk assessments using industry standard cybersecurity frameworks and effectively monitor and manage the privacy program

17. 7. Build appropriate security and privacy controls in the corporate environment by driving organization wide information security programs to achieve both the business and privacy program objectives.

Public Compensation:

$207,956/year to $233,420/year + bonus + equity + benefits
