Job Description
Dump Truck Driver / Laborer NeededWe are looking for an experienced, dependable dump truck driver to join our asphalt/construction crew. This position involves operating a larger 6-axle dump truck along with helping on the ground when needed, including shoveling, raking, and general labor duties.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is willing to work as part of the crew
Responsibilities- Safely operate dump trucks on construction and asphalt jobs
- Haul gravel, asphalt, dirt, and other materials
- Assist crew with manual labor when needed
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep truck clean and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all DOT and company safety procedures
- Work efficiently with crew members and supervisors
- Valid CDL with clean driving record
- Experience operating larger 6-axle trucks preferred
- Construction/asphalt experience REQUIRED
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Willingness to get out of the truck and help on the jobsite
- Strong work ethic and team attitude
