Job Description
Duties:
- Help HVAC Journeymen install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems
- Help perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance
- Help diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R system issues
- Help repair or replace defective components in HVAC/R systems
- Test HVAC/R systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while working on HVAC/R systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
Experience:
- Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and their components
- Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC/R system issues
- Experience with equipment repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
