Position Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help us assure our customers have good user experience with our products. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design for rich web applications using modern frameworks and tools. Key Responsibilities:+ Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
+ Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
+ Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
+ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and what it looks like
+ Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
+ Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
+ Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems
+ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
+ Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
+ Follows established processes for performing work.
+ Recommends improvements to both processes and products.
Minimum Requirements 6+ years of Web UI/UX design experience+ Proven mobile web application design experience
+ Portfolio or examples of past work
+ Experience with software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
+ Experience with wireframe or prototyping tools like Axure
+ Experience with Angular, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML and TypeScript/JavaScript
+ Experience developer IDE tools like IntelliJ
+ Experience using RESTful web services
+ Strong presentation and communication skills
+ Works well in a strongly collaborative but mature agile development environment.

Education2-year degree in design, computer science, related field or equivalent experiencePhysical RequirementsGeneral Office Demands #li-remoteKnowledge: Demonstrates expertise in User-Centered Design (UCD) and use of such techniques. Has solid grasp of the technology used to implement web-based and mobile applications and works cross functionally with product and design teams to inform, test and execute digital designs for web-based, enterprise network, and/or mobile applications. Experienced in using rapid prototyping and user testing in combination to ensure both high efficiency and high customer-relevant value in the final product. Active learner, seeking to expand and share knowledge and experience in UX/UI design, as to best support the evolving needs of the team and Change Healthcare.
Complexity/Supervision: Responsible for designing various points of interaction for Change Healthcare’s current and future software products and solutions; including navigation, input fields and forms, interactive elements and features as well as overall multi-page task flows. Exercises good judgement in driving a cohesive (if not consistent) customer experience throughout, seeking to eliminate all arbitrary differences by recognizing and encouraging interaction patterns that can be abstracted and used by as many lines of business and customer types as possible. Regularly engages project teams, senior leaders and decision makers in UX design reviews that are informed by usability research.
Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or similar required with five years hands-on design experience in applying Human Centered Design and related approaches in the product and service markets.

Colorado Residents Only:The base pay range for Colorado residents is $81,225.00 – $149,625.00 plus any relevant incentive pay programs that may be aligned to the role.
