Job Description
Responsibilities:
Operate as NA/LA Category Business Manager for Services
Become trusted expert for largest Services business - responsible to define, develop, and supervise accurate publishing of KPIs around business in NA and LA Markets, across RTM and Channel Partners
Own Business models critical to business success across Forecasting, Pricing, and Execution, working closely with cross-functional partners in CS and Product COEs, including Order Builds, Cost Model, etc.
Identify business gaps, consult with Market Business Development resources on execution and improvement plans
Provides Market Analysis - Service Offer Life Cycle management in market - Pricing Advocacy - Forecasting & Reporting - Business Control Product Line development through Education, Communication, and Sales Support.
As needed, consult on new business initiatives and model incremental vs. cannibalized Attach, AUP, and P-Rate assumptions, in coordination with NA/LA Product COE.
Lead NA and LA Services business planning activities for Services Business-both in quarter and for future time horizons (primarily CQ+1)

Demonstrates solid understanding of Managed Services for IT environments. Understands industry trends and terminology to effectively drive communication of Services portfolio
Creating and foster a mutually beneficial relationship within HP and Channel Partners
Leads key initiatives on behalf of functional and senior management
Acts as mentor to individual contributors in other teams
Education and Certifications Required:
BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
Typically 10+ years Business Analysis, Category Management, considering relevant experience
Sales and/or channel experience a plus.
ITIL Certification preferred, strong understanding of ITIL tools, processes and terminology a plus.
