Job Description
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Answer phones
Greet and Welcome Visitors
Direct inquires to the appropriate team member
Sort and distribute all incoming mail and deliveries
Filing all project documentation in the appropriate areas and conducting regular audits of files
Create waivers and distribute payments to subcontractors and vendors as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, professional front office
Clean the common areas including the kitchen, seating areas, and conference room
Sanitize common areas/items per CDC Covid-19 guidelines and management requests
Stock and/or refill used office items
Reorder supplies
Manage office equipment (copier, plotter, and postal machine)
Keep phone list and project lists up to date and distribute appropriately
Handle all renewals and licensing of company vehicles with the DMV
Locate materials, request quotes, print and email price comparisons, and place orders for whatever is being requested by Project Managers and Job Supervisors
Monitor orders, communicate deliveries and coordinate pick up of job materials
Additional duties as assigned by managers
