About the Spa at Coeur d’Alene Resort:

Our upscale spa offers a serene retreat where guests enjoy personalized beauty and wellness services. We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to deliver exceptional haircuts, styling, and treatments in a tranquil, guest-focused environment.

The Role:

As a Hair Stylist, you will consult with guests to understand their needs and preferences, provide expert styling services, and ensure a memorable and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, coloring, styling, and treatments

+ Consult with guests to recommend services and products that meet their needs

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and tools

+ Stay current with hair trends, techniques, and products

+ Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and friendly attitude

What We’re Looking For:

+ Valid cosmetology license and relevant experience

+ Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling hair

+ Excellent communication and guest service skills

+ Professional appearance and demeanor

+ Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
