Our Convention Center hosts a variety of events requiring fresh, quality food prepared with care. Join our culinary support team and contribute to memorable guest experiences.The Role:
We are seeking a reliable Food Prep Worker to assist with the preparation of ingredients and support the kitchen team during event services. Your work will help ensure smooth and timely food production.Key Responsibilities:
+ Wash, peel, chop, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients
+ Portion and measure food items according to recipes
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
+ Assist with basic cooking tasks as directed
+ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
+ Support kitchen staff during busy periods
What We’re Looking For:
+ Previous food prep or kitchen experience preferred but not required
+ Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
+ Attention to detail and commitment to food safety
+ Team player with a positive attitude
+ Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
