Description

Your knowledge, skills and abilities will support and guide our 400+ employees to strategic outcomes, ultimately making a difference in Idaho. We are located on the Chinden State Campus at 11321 Chinden Blvd. in Boise, Building 2. This is the former HP campus which offers newly remodeled offices, provides free ample parking and beautiful walking paths through lakes and trees.

Example of Duties

+ Onboard new employees

+ Maintain employee files in accordance with policies and applicable employment laws

+ Enter data accurately into a HRIS

+ Counsel on a wide variety of employee relations matters. Such as PERSI, all benefits programs, payroll matters, etc.

+ Process Payroll

+ Utilize NeoGov or other similar applicant tracking system

+ Process FMLA requests

Minimum Qualifications

Good knowledge of: Human resource administration; equal employment opportunity concepts and legal requirements.

Experience: interpreting and applying laws, regulations, and policies; counseling employees on human resource matters.
