Easterseals-Goodwill Behavioral Health and Family Services is a dynamic agency working to advance quality care for substance use, mentally and behaviorally disordered individuals throughout Idaho. The case manager is responsible for administering and coordinating recovery support services for co-occurring and substance abuse clients.
Requirements
Excellent oral, written, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Proven, up-to-date knowledge of local community resources required.
Ability to move from one task to another effectively and with ease.
Ability to manage change with a positive attitude.
Possess the ability to motivate clients and help them reach their treatment goals.
Physical Requirements
Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.

Experience
Bachelor's degree in a human services field from a nationally accredited university or college required.
1-2 yrs. experience providing case management services
Proven experience working with persons with diverse backgrounds.
Experience successfully coaching individuals to reach their goals.
Experience working with individuals on probation/parole, or with those involved in specialty courts, preferred.
