Micron Technology, Inc. has an opening for Senior Engineer- EUV Photo Equipment in Boise, ID.
Duties: Work with vendors to develop and improve equipment performance for F4 and HVM applications. Develop availability, reliability, and efficiency improvement plans. Coordinate, install, maintain, document, modify, and support equipment projects. Monitor equipment and provide updates to management regarding system issues, metrics, and overall performance. Monitor
and track Chuck flatness, Baseliner Overlay and Focus Stability, ADAM/E3/SPACE/scripts and macros, and Source and laser performance metrics. Work with facilities engineering and operations on any facilities issues or any new requirements from ASML. Serve as a technical EUV scanner authority within Micron. Act as a specialist and resource for on shift equipment
techs and engineers. Engage in fabs equipment issues related to yield, cost, efficiency, and performance. Performs technical and non-technical project management activities at the Cluster/Project level for the development, introduction, and improvements of Semi-conductor manufacturing equipment into the fab’s. Supports the EUV source a sub-system of the ASML
EUV Scanner with technology. Collects and evaluates test data to ensure process control and product quality based on specific procedures and processes. Identification of key scientific learning objectives and corresponding experimental design which will further the technological progress of the EUV process. Document learning and communicate knowledge to engineering and product development teams to guide product improvement and release of new product nodes.
Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, followed by three years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or three years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a EUV Mechanical Engineering-related occupation.
