About Tito’s Italian Grill:

Tito’s brings the spirit of Italy to Coeur d’Alene with delicious food and a lively atmosphere. We’re looking for an energetic and personable Host to greet and seat guests, helping set the tone for a memorable dining experience.

The Role:

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly smile and helpful attitude will create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth seating flow throughout service.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet guests warmly and manage waitlists efficiently

+ Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

+ Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed

+ Assist with phone reservations and answer guest inquiries

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area

+ Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

+ Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Friendly and outgoing personality

+ Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods

+ Team player with a positive attitude

+ Flexible availability including nights and weekends
