Job Description
As a Journey Level or Sr Journey Level Electrical Technician, you will install, repair, and maintain a variety of electrical systems, including electrical panels, lighting, and service work. You will work on both commercial and residential projects within a 50-mile radius of Moscow, ID, and Pullman, WA. This role requires a strong background in electrical systems and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete electrical in-home service and installation calls.
- Create estimates for customers and generate parts lists.
- Purchase materials and complete job progress and completion reports.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best service, repair, or installation options, including finance and maintenance plans.
- Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals.
- Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively to provide 5-star customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized working area and a well-inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all trainings, morning meetings, and community outreach events.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
- Be accurate and timely with customer estimates, timecards, and reporting.
