Job Description
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes and standards. You’ll work alongside other kitchen staff to ensure dishes are prepared efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, season, and cook food items on the menu according to recipes and quality standards

Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and kitchen

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory as needed

Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff

Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required

Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen safety

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
