Only positions that list Remote as a location will be considered for 100% remote work**Qualifications* you will bring to the table:- Bachelors degree or Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering, or other related degree and/or equivalent experience
- 2 to 5+ years of project experience
- A talent for balancing graceful concise persistent communication across multiple different communication styles
- Basic knowledge of Autodesk MEP Revit, Auto CADD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office,and Outlook
- Experience with contract document software, fee proposals, construction correspondence review and proofing, and other related Architectural and Engineer experience
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems, calculations and knowledge of (standard DX system, CO2 system and advanced hybrid)
- Solid understanding of construction and the ability to manage multiple complex schedules, in addition to correspondence and tracking of construction administration activities including; project submittals, requests for information, proposal requests, change orders and field reports
- Strong initiative, with the ability to start projects on your own, face challenges and contribute to efficiencies, even if you have never done a task before
- Prepare project plans and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
- Be tasked with utilizing your knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, planning and a dash of ingenuity to help drive projects.
- Be excited about learning new areas, taking on more responsibilities, and having a can do attitude
- Be called upon to support our design teams in partnership with talented Architects, Engineers and Business Professionals remotely and across our office locations
- Perform engineering analysis and design calculations
- Analyze product literature, specifications and select major system components
- Produce plans, sections, details, specifications, and schedules
- Prepare estimates, compare with client requirements
- Plan projects and coordinate with other consultants
