Job Description
Looking for a highly motivated Customer service representative at our Hayden Grizzly Glass location.
This position primarily handles customer inquiries and issues related to glass products, services and scheduling.
Responsibilities include:
Taking and processing orders: Entering order details, verifying product information, and confirming payment.
Answering customer inquiries: Responding to questions about products, services, and the order process.
Processing claims: Assisting customers with filing claims, gathering necessary information, and verifying insurance coverage.
Scheduling appointments: Arranging for glass repairs or replacements at customer-convenient times.
Providing product knowledge: Educating customers about the different types of glass, installation processes, and warranty information.
Resolving customer issues: Addressing customer complaints and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Working with insurance companies: Coordinating with insurance providers to verify coverage and process claims.
Using customer service tools: Utilizing software and systems to manage customer interactions, track orders, and access product information.
Ability to communicate with technicians and other employees: Working with a diverse range of personalities.
Automotive and residential glass knowledge is a plus, but we are happy to train the right customer service inclined candidate. Starting pay is $19/HR with a review after 90 days.
