Our resort is a premier destination known for exceptional hospitality and guest experiences. We are looking for a dependable Night Audit professional to assist with overnight front desk operations and financial reporting.The Role:
As a Night Audit team member, you will manage front desk responsibilities during overnight shifts while balancing accounting tasks to close out daily hotel operations.Key Responsibilities:
+ Greet and assist overnight guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries
+ Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and reports
+ Perform audit procedures to ensure accuracy of hotel records
+ Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
+ Maintain security by monitoring the property and reporting any irregularities
+ Prepare detailed reports for management review
What We’re Looking For:
+ Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred
+ Basic accounting and computer skills
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to work independently during overnight hours
+ Good communication and customer service skills
+ Reliable and punctual with flexible availability
