Job Description
Responsible for recognizing and anticipating the needs of the branch to meet budget goals and ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Actively coach, lead and motivate employees, directing them to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers. Responsible for business development to establish new and existing clients for D.L. Evans Bank. Builds and deploys a marketing plan designed to attract and acquire new customers. Promotes the Bank’s products and services including but not limited to business accounts, business banking, cash management, remote deposit capture (RDC), consumer loans, deposit accounts and merchant services to potential and current customers. Collaborates with branch personnel in order to provide the best possible solutions for customer needs. Develops a strong understanding of client objectives and assesses their business strategies and needs in relation to their objectives. Engages in frequent local travel in respective market area. Represent D.L. Evans Bank at community events, industry seminars and trade conventions as required.
