Gem State Staffing in Boise is currently recruiting and accepting applications for multiple manufacturing positions for an interior molding company is Boise.

Job Description: Candidates in this position will be responsible for assisting in the operation of various machines in a warehouse setting, and will participate in quality control throughout the manufacturing process. This position is a full time, temp to hire assignment with 3-day weekends, working Monday thru Thursday from 5:50 AM to 3:50 PM. There is also potential for overtime. Compensation for this position will be $18/hour. There is opportunity for advancement and movement into other positions, depending on individual aptitude and performance. This company offers full benefits, 8 paid holidays and matching 401k, up to 6%, when hired on! WITH A $2,000 SIGNING BONUS ONCE HIRED ON.

Requirements: Qualified applicants will need to possess the following skills and background requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Good manual dexterity
• Comfortable with repetitive motions
• Flexibly to work on multiple tasks throughout a work day
• Adhere to company attendance standards
• Must be able to bend, stoop and twist
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. consistently and unassisted
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
