How will you impact our mission? Every position at Idaho Youth Ranch contributes to the success of our mission. As a Program Supervisor for the adoptions services at Anchor House, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by providing administrative and operational oversight for all adoptions services.  

 

Must Haves:

  • Master’s degree in Social Worker (or related field with accompanying licensure) with
  • Three years work experience working with children and families, including one year full time employment in adoptions
  • At least 2 years working in a supervisor capacity
  • Be at least 25 years of age
  • Have a valid, state-issued driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
  • Obtain when offered specialized training related to position

Our Program Supervisors:

  • Ensures all services meet agency, accreditation and contract standards. 
  • Prepares or assists in the preparation, review and management of annual budget including expenditures, repairs, expenses and cost saving measures. 
  • Selects, trains, directs and evaluates staff 
  • Actively works to build a link between adoptions and other IYR programs and community stakeholders including DHW. 
  • Emphasizes the success of the families we serve

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. 

The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.

This position is located in Northern Idaho and candidates must be within a reasonable distance to our location
