Job Description
**100% Remote role**Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex federal and multi-state corporate (1120), partnership (1065), and individual (1040) tax returns.
- Identify and advise clients on tax planning opportunities and implications across various industries.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide comprehensive documentation and recommendations.
- Oversee bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks or similar software to ensure accurate financial records.
- Review work of junior staff, provide training, and support their professional development.
- Utilize ProSystem fx Tax, Fixed Assets software, and tax research tools to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
- CPA, CPA Candidate, or EA with a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
- Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience.
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with ProSystem FX or equivalent tax software.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ethical judgment.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
