Job Description
We are currently looking for ambitious Laborers to join our fast-growing team. Eligible candidates will be expected to perform tasks involving physical labor related to excavation-based construction activities. Will operate hand & power tools of all types (air hammers, earth tampers, and a variety of other equipment or instruments). Position provides growth opportunity for working towards a heavy equipment operator if necessary, skills are acquired. Wage is DOE and competitive! Benefits & retirement included
Job Description
• Work well with co- workers, residents and customers
• Follow direction of Foreman and equipment operators as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment & materials
• Loading and unloading of materials related with construction
• Cleaning the construction sites and removing the harmful and hazardous materials from the site.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks along with crew
• Advise Foreman of any faulty equipment or maintenance repairs needed
General Requirements
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Willingness to travel
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have verifiable work history
• Must be physically capable to perform laborious tasks through work day
