What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare, format, and issue legal documents and correspondence with precision
- Create, maintain, and organize case files and trial folders
- Manage attorney calendars and court schedules using I-Stars, Spillman, ILETS, and VIPER
- Transcribe interviews and hearings; scan and copy media (CDs, DVDs, VHS)
- Draft pleadings and correspondence independently based on general instruction
- Communicate with clients and court personnel with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain strict confidentiality while balancing multiple priorities

Do You Have What It Takes?
We want a self-starter who demonstrates initiative, reliability and high standards of professionalism. You should have:
- Education & Experience:
- Associate degree in Legal Secretarial Studies or
- Two years’ experience in a law office with senior-level secretarial duties or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in legal terminology, legal formatting, and document drafting
- Knowledge of court rules and citation formats
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
- Must have high ethical standards and discretion with confidential information
