Job Overview:

We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing small equipment, machinery, and the hotel facilities to ensure smooth operations. Hours are pretty consistent but there will be the need for coming in to the hotel for a few minutes as well as emergencies should one arise. More can be explained during the interview process. We have hired one guy and need an assistant. So we plan to have two people that can alternate shifts and responsibilities. shifts = 7-3 pm and/or 3pm to 11pm.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain machinery and equipment
- Utilize precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair items that require attention
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Knowledge for Making standard Plumbing repairs

- General clean up of the exterior of the property landscapes.

- Be available for On call requests on set scheduled days.

-Be available for assistance for desk clerks and housekeepers as well as Guests after standard hours... on your scheduled work days.

Skills:

- Some Understanding of Plumbing and some simple Electrical skills
- Some Knowledge of HVAC/R systems maintenance
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
