The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission:

Successful candidates will have a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of the opening of our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth at our beautiful 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho’s Treasure Valley.

Our Environmental Services Tech:
- Knows and implements the correct level of cleaning (cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting) for all RCHR areas.
- Demonstrates proper and safe chemical use, equipment handling, and labor-saving products for all items within the specialty areas tasked with servicing.
- Adheres to all organizational safety, risk management and infection control standards; promotes a culture of safety.
- Recognize safety hazards and acting – wiping up spills, keep areas uncluttered
Must Haves:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must possess High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in housekeeping/janitorial work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
This role is located in Idaho and candidates need to be within a reasonable distance of one of the Idaho Youth Ranch locations.
