Job Description
Job Summary:Responsibilities include successfully coordinating, planning and maintaining inventories within the facility. Ensure timely delivery and removal of materials, and to maintain inventory and location credibility. Navigate routine Supply Chain activities concurrent to developing operational imperatives. Schedule appointments according to the facility Master Schedule.
Job Duties:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Forecast and plan all warehouse loads, coordinating In and Outbound Appointment Scheduling in a manner consistent with Leadership Team guidance; works through scheduling in a manner that effectively supports available DC Team staff, Production Schedules, Priority Loads, and Associated Reporting Metrics.
- Monitor schedules and Bill of Material for production
- Maintain credibility of inventory and make corrections as needed.
- Reconcile production orders
- Cycle-Count to maintain credibility of locations and quantities.
- Special Projects
- Partner with Shipping Department to determine inventory to be moved in/out of the facility

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of on-the-job experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Experience Learning and Navigating Warehouse Systems, SAP, EXE, GLS, ORACLE.
- Experience with Microsoft Office- Intermediate Excel, Formulas, Pivots Tables, Macros
- Experience working with Visual Performance Management Systems
- Experience with Process Optimization through Lean Tools preferred.
