Job Description
Gem State Staffing is hiring a full-time Packaging Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. The Packaging Operator assists with packaging and proper storage of bagged and tote products, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures quality, safety, and performance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Package and store products according to company procedures.
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment and metal detectors.
- Maintain accurate log sheets, charts, and inventory records.
- Transfer finished products to warehouse storage.
- Inspect packaging for defects and ensure quality standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
