Job Description
Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Serves in paying and receiving and new accounts as needed or when staffing levels are low. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff.
