Job Description
Responsible for providing support to branch and administrative personnel on savings, checking, CD’s, IRA’s and other applications related to branch operations. Courteously and promptly resolves questions and problems and maintains professional relationships. Monitors dormant accounts and daily file maintenance associated with dormant accounts. Reviews Efunds/FIS daily reports and monitors for Chexsystems hits and OFAC alerts. Reviews and processes legal orders and social security verifications received by the branches or departments. Completes related reports and maintains accurate records.
