The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing foreclosure-related tasks to ensure timely and compliant processing of both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions across multiple partner states. In This Role, You Will:
- Retrieve and process data and requests from partner state attorneys
- Organize emails and log information into Loan System (LSAMS)
- Prepare foreclosure files for referral to attorney
- Process claims (part A/part B) and provide documentation as needed
- Communicate daily with attorneys, paralegals, and title companies
- Process and record documentation to various County clerks
- Process and file Lien Releases
- Provide initial QC review for document execution of various financial foreclosure documents
- Order original collateral files (when required) and ensure 100% custody throughout checkout
- Appraisal order and follow-up
- Calculate and prepare foreclosure judgment figures and state required documents
- Generate bidding instructions needed for sale
- Ensure milestone compliance for each state FNMA timeline
- Identify, research, and assist in resolving title issues
- Assist with the foreclosure process for all Judicial and Non-Judicial filing for all partner states
- File, organize, and keep updated with attorney requests
- Monitor daily foreclosure report
- Track and handle outstanding attorney bills and invoices
- Other job duties as assigned
