Job Description

Compensation for the Front Desk Receptionist
- $18 - $20 Per Hour DOE
- Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4 pm
- Direct Hire
Responsibilities for the Front Desk Receptionist
- Greet and assist visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Issue visitor badges and ensure proper sign-in/sign-out procedures
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails
- Pick up and deliver lunches, office materials, and occasional airport runs (Hayden area)
- Perform document scanning, copying, filing, and other clerical duties
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Provide administrative support including creating documents
- Assist with other office-related tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements for the Front Desk Receptionist
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of office supplies or deliveries (up to 25 lbs)
- Comfortable driving to local destinations as needed
