Job Description

Join our team as a concrete laborer where you will have the opportunity to build a long-term career. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are willing to work hard in a physically demanding role. While previous construction experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.

• Operate, or be willing to learn to operate, wall saws, core drills, hand saws, flat saws, and hand or power tools.
• Perform full building demolitions and renovations.
• Be comfortable with getting dirty, heavy lifting, and working in dusty, debris-filled, and wet environments.
• Maintain equipment being used, with mechanical experience being helpful but not required.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive, drug-free work environment.
• Manage workflow to meet changing priorities and properly fill out daily paperwork and vehicle inspection reports.

• General labor experience in construction.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to operate concrete finishing equipment and saws.

• OSHA certifications are a plus but not required.
• Experience as a farmhand, in the military, or in construction and demolition is beneficial.
• First day includes a full day of orientation and safety training.

Expect to travel across the Treasure Valley to various job sites, where you will be cutting and drilling concrete. The work is physically demanding and often requires working in challenging conditions. The typical shift starts at 6:45 am and ends when the job is complete, usually around 4:30 pm but sometimes later. Steel toe shoes are required, and all other PPE is provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, Idaho.
