Job Description

The Production Operator is a vital role responsible for safely and efficiently running a production line. This position involves comprehensive training to manage the full line, from dough mixing to tortilla packaging, ensuring optimal performance and contributing directly to company metrics.

• Operate and manage the production line safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the overall performance of the production line, including dough mixing and tortilla packaging.
• Maintain excellent quality standards and focus on production metrics.
