Join our team as a Concrete Laborer where you will be actively involved in general labor tasks, setting up and pouring concrete, and cleaning forms. Your role will also include assisting with basic carpentry and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This position is within a manufacturing setting focused on creating precast concrete products. Experience in construction or factory work is beneficial but not mandatory. You should be capable of lifting around 40 pounds and comfortable with standing and moving throughout the day.

 

Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor tasks related to concrete setup and pouring.
  • Clean and maintain forms after use.
  • Assist with basic carpentry tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality precast concrete products.
Essential Skills
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic carpentry and mechanical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, safety guidelines, and work orders.
  • Proficient in basic math and measurement tools (tape measure, level, etc.).
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or concrete work is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Comfortable working in outdoor or industrial environments with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
