Job Description
Small local office in Caldwell is seeking a customer service/sales associate.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred, not required.
- Greet customers as they walk in or call in to the office.
- Operate telephone to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
- Manages calendars, coordinates schedules via phone and email, confirms appointments, handles re-schedules and cancellations to ensure efficient daily operations and positive client experience.
- Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
- File and maintain records.
- Must be well organized and have attention to detail.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
- Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers who may be anxious or have difficulty hearing.
