Supervisory Responsibilities: Management of Supervisors and Employees within assigned department.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources; ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.
• Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel complaints in keeping with company policy.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems.
• Relocation assistance and competitive salary are offered.
• Work with sales and project teams to understand customer order commitments and ensure the inventory, production, and delivery timelines align with plant loading.
• Ensure personnel needs are aligned with staffing levels and training schedules.
• Detail production planning and execution monitoring.
• Work with supply chain and materials teams to monitor inventory levels for production schedule needs.
• Work with supervisors and production teams to monitor production schedule, communicate the schedules, adjust the slippages in the schedules, equipment reliability and scheduled maintenance.
• Oversee safety and ensure a safe work environment.

Experience/Education

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least five (5) years of management experience in manufacturing environment.

Locations: Pocatello, Idaho

Shift: A - 5 am to 5:30 pm
