Gem State Staffing – Boise is now hiring experienced framers to build walls and trusses at a local manufacturing facility. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with steady work and great potential for growth. Wage starts at $18.00/hr DOE.
Job Description
Successful candidates will assist in the production of prefabricated wall and truss components. Work is performed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with consistent hours and overtime opportunities.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Comply with all company safety rules and policies
- Proficient with basic hand tools (tape measure, speed square, etc.)
- Previous framing or construction experience required
- Truss manufacturing experience is a strong plus
- Able to lift 50+ lbs unassisted
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
