Job Description
Perform emergency maintenance on commercial espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders and other beverage equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on commercial coffee machines and other beverage equipment.
Comfortable with electrical, plumbing and mechanical aspects of machine installation, operation, and repair (Preferred but not required. We take pride in teaching and providing a learning environment)
Follow company and customer procedures for processing work tickets/ warranty claims/ordering parts required to complete repairs.
Must be able to travel to several locations throughout the day and work independently. There is always someone available to help out with structuring work loads but must be able to be self motivated.
Responsible for managing parts inventory on assigned service vehicles by conducting weekly inventory counts.
Ability to operate handheld computing devices such as cellular phones, tablets, etc.
Ability to navigate apps, browsers, and online suites such as Google Drive
Valid Driver’s License and ability to safely operate company vehicles. Must be willing to obtain and provide a driving record from DMV/MVA etc
