Job Description
Responsible for assisting customers with basic online and mobile functions including online banking enrollment, password resets, and answering related questions. Ensures customers are promptly, courteously and professionally served. Resolves operational problems, monitors online correspondence, and handles difficult customer situations. Provides technical support services and ensures software and computer-related issues are resolved. Works with Digital Banking team to coordinate online banking service activities (to include retail, commercial, mobile, bill payment and telephone banking), with Bank-wide goals and objectives. Completes required reports and records. Performs duties of department personnel as needed. Keeps management informed of area problems and activities.
