Job Description
Gem State Staffing Boise is seeking an experienced Warehouse Laborer to support daily warehouse operations. This role requires prior warehouse/Production experience and the ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a fast-paced production environment. Work will be done locally in the Boise area with a Full-time, Monday – Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move materials and finished products
- Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate material handling and storage practices
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Assist with general warehouse and production support as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
- Pallet jack experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation: $20.00/hr.
